2. The Barangay Hibunaon, Ormoc city, Leyte now invites bids for "Construction/Improvement of Barangay Hall". Completion of works should be Twenty (20) Calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II.
