1. The Municipal Government of Tadian, Mountain Province, through the MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/EXPANSION OF BENAFIN BUILDING PHASE 4 with identification number TADIAN LGU 2026-10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Tadian, Mountain Province now invites bids for the TADIAN LGU 2026-10, CONSTRUCTION/EXPANSION OF BENAFIN BUILDING PHASE 4 includes works but not limited to: a) concrete works, b) Formworks and falseworks, c) Reinforcing steel, d) Plaster finish, e) Tile works, f) Steel Door and Steel Windows, g) Steel Roof Truss, h) Fabricated Metal Roofing Accessories, i) Painting works, J) wall and ceiling works, etc.
