1) The Municipality of Baggao, through the 1-07-03-020 (20%DF-2025) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand One Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 26/100 (PhP 4, 272, 113.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction/Establishment of Fish Hatchery at Bitag Grande, Baggao, Cagayan (revised). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Baggao now invites bids for Construction/Establishment of Fish Hatchery at Bitag Grande, Baggao, Cagayan (revised). Completion of the Works is required 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
