Tenders are invited for Construction/Establishing of Municipality Buildings, a Nursery and a Football Court Cities of Fallujah, Ramadi and Heet
All activities must be closely coordinated with GIZ ARILA Construction Component. Work

includes:

1) Site establishment and running of construction site

2) Secure the side during time of construction/installation
3) Supplying, of all materials according to specification

4) Earth work according to design/BoQ/specification

5) Concrete work according to design/BoQ/specification

6) Brick work according to design/BoQ/specification

7) Installation work (electrical/mechanical) according to design/BoQ/specification

8) Finishing work according to design/BoQ/specification

9) Provide training and Documents for Operation and Maintenance related to the facility

Nursery:

Construction/Establishing of Nursery as whole construction with all required works according

designs and BoQ-s. This have to be executed according to international standards with high

quality and durable materials/equipment/devices, implemented by specialized skilled

workers.

All activities must be closely coordinated with GIZ ARILA Construction Component. Work

includes:

1) Site establishment and running of construction site

2) Secure the side during time of construction/installation

3) Supplying, of all materials according to specification

4) Earth work according to design/BoQ/specification

5) Concrete work according to design/BoQ/specification

6) Brick work according to design/BoQ/specification

7) Installation work (electrical/mechanical) according to design/BoQ/specification

9) Supply and installation of greenhouses according desig/BoQ and specifications

10) Gardening work

11) Provide training and Documents for Operation and Maintenance related to the facility

Football Court:

Construction/Establishing of Football Court as whole construction with all required works

according designs and BoQ-s. This have to be executed according to international standards

with high quality and durable materials/equipment/devices, implemented by specialized

skilled workers.

All activities must be closely coordinated with GIZ ARILA Construction Component. Work

includes:

1) Site establishment and running of construction site

2) Secure the side during time of construction/installation

3) Supplying, of all materials according to specification

4) Earth work according to design/BoQ/specification

5) Concrete work according to design/BoQ/specification

6) Supply and establishing of artificial gras according to design/BoQ/specification

7) Installation work (electrical/mechanical) according to design/BoQ/specification

8) Finishing work according to design/BoQ/specification

9) Supply and installation of lightning for the Football Court according desig/BoQ and

specifications

10) Gardening work

11) Provide training and Documents for Operation and Maintenance related to the facility
Duration of the rehabilitation/construction work

The program intends to implement several projects for Municipality Buildings, a Nursery and a

Football Court. Therefore, a general timeline can be given only as follow:

Times of tender will start around midst of April with the first project and will ongoing until

November 2023 with the last project.

Tender Period for several tenders in the time of April 2023 until October 2023. For each

tender including contracting a period of 3 to 4 month is expected.

Project implementation for the different project is planned between July 2023 until June 2024.

Depend on the size of the project an entire time of implementation is planned between 4 to 8

months.
