1) The Provincial Government of Quirino, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 1, 996, 413.72 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Completion of Multi-Purpose Building, Dumabel, Aglipay, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project Completion of the Works is required 82 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
