Tender Details

Construction of the ZZGP IT System with extended warranty service for a period of 5 years from launch and conducting training for users of the ZZGP IT System 1. The basic (guaranteed) subject of the Agreement is the creation of an IT System Integrated State Border Management (hereinafter referred to as the "ZZGP IT System"), including: 1)requirements analysis and detailed design of the solution and UI/UX design, 2) development, configuration and implementation of the ZZGP IT System, 3) acceptance tests of the ZZGP IT System, 4) user training, 5) production implementation of the ZZGP IT System, 2. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the Agreement, both in the basic scope and under the Option Right, in accordance with the scope and requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Annex No. 1 to the Agreement. The OPZ consists of the following documents: Appendix No. 1 - Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 1A - Project description, Appendix No. 1B - IT System Concept Integrated State Border Management. 3. The contractor, as part of the remuneration referred to in §2 section 4 point 4 of the Agreement will provide warranty and guarantee for the Subject of the Agreement under the conditions specified in the Agreement and OPZ, for a period of 5 years from the date of signing by the Parties to the Final Protocol. 4.
