Description : The Local Government Unit of Tagkawayan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites legally, technically, and financially capable contractors/suppliers to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for the project through Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Interested proponents may submit their proposal and other negotiation documents to the BAC Secretariat Office during office hours. Complete proposals must be submitted on or before August 12, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the BAC Secretariat Office, Municipality of Tagkawayan, Quezon.
The submitted proposals shall be opened, evaluated, and recorded by the Bids and Awards Committee immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of the participating proponents or their duly authorized representatives.
