6.1. The subject of the order is the construction of a workshop.6.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes the description of the subject of the order, the design documentation, the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works and the bill of quantities - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. An integral part of OPZ p explanation of the content of the SWZ attached to the documentation in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ.6.3. The order will be implemented in accordance with the Material and Financial Schedule, and the following scope is expected to be completed in 2026: Earthworks and foundation works, shell construction (walls, roof structure and covering) Thermal and moisture-proof roof insulation, sheet metal flashings, gutters Installation of windows, doors, garage doors and window sills External and internal electrical installation Lightning protection installation 6.4. Contractor, within preparatory work, is obliged to prepare an arrangement design including the equipment included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
