Order award procedure: the order will be awarded in accordance with the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed the information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of scans documents, preferably in the form of one PDF file. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Tenderer is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 5). A signed scan of the agreement should be placed on the purchasing platform, and 2 handwritten original copies of the contract should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. In the case of a civil partnership, in the comparison of the contract, provide the details of each partner, including name and surname, business address, NIP, REGON. NOTE: Ordering Party informs that in case of having a signed GENERAL confidentiality agreement according to Annex No. 5 The Contractor is not obliged to submit a new confidentiality agreement (valid from February 11, 2026).
