1. The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of a contractor for construction works related to the construction of a ramp to the community garden in Kurdwanów Park as part of the task entitled: After Kurdwanw Park without stairs, civic budget of the district - 12th edition, for the Greenery Board City Hall in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 The subject of the proceedings and order is an investment related to the implementation of the task titled: ZZM/O1.120/26 After Kurdwanów Park without stairs, civic budget of the district - edition XII.1.3 The investment area is located on plots no. 198/46, 198/67, 198/31 rev. 63 units heating records. 1.4 The order should include in particular: preparation of the area for the investment, demolition and construction of a low-pressure gas network, demolition and construction of the water supply network, construction of a ramp, landscaping and recultivation and construction of as-built documentation.1.5 The work should be carried out in accordance with the design documentation, technical specification...
