Package 1 - construction of educational paths in Zamrzenica along with tourist infrastructure: Construction works include the following works: - construction of paths in the dendrological park, - implementation of LED lighting in the dendrological park, - implementation of monitoring in the park dendrological park, - construction and installation of directional stones in the dendrological park and on the educational path, - construction of handrails along the educational path, - exposure of historical Myšské stones. Due to the need to exercise particular caution during carrying out construction works, the need to preserve existing trees, limit the risk of damaging them, the risk of damaging existing infrastructure and ensuring the possibility of carrying out other construction works in the same area (construction of a shed and bridge), breeding (digging pits and transporting excavated material, transporting and applying fertile soil, transporting, planting and securing seedlings of trees and shrubs, as well as delivery and installation of small educational and tourist infrastructure within the same real estate The Ordering Party recommends making a site visit before submitting the offer (applies to part I.)
