Tender Details

The subject of the order includes construction works consisting in the renovation of training stands: a steel staircase, a communication gallery, a climbing frame, an elevator shaft and an angle wall at the State Fire Service Non-Officer School in Bydgoszcz. Subject of the order should be made in accordance with the certificate of the Mayor of Bydgoszcz of June 16, 2026, the project attached to the SWZ, the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, the bill of quantities (constitutes auxiliary material), the Construction Law and occupational health and safety regulations. The bill of quantities is only auxiliary material. If the Contractor, after carrying out an on-site visit (point 2.4 of the SWZ), decides that it is necessary to take into account works and materials not included in the documentation, he should accept them for the valuation. If the contractor decides that the amount of material, equipment or labor in a given item should be increased, this should be taken into account when pricing the subject of the contract. (e.g. establishing geodetic measurement points, performing measurements every 6 months throughout the warranty period.)
