1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of building no. 746 in the military complex in Nowa Dba.2. Location: The subject of the order will be performed in the military complex in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship in the town of Nowa Dba, constituting a closed area listed in Decision No. 91/MON of the Minister of National Defense of July 26, 2024 on the determination of closed areas in the Ministry of National Defense. The area is not entered in the provincial or municipal register of monuments and is not under conservation protection.3. Existing condition: The complex area is built up with buildings, has internal roads, squares and sidewalks. Building no. 746 is currently used by military units subordinated to the Ministry of National Defense.4. Requirements for entry to the complex, on which the works constituting the subject of the order will be carried out: Deliveries and admission of persons not registered to perform construction works should always be agreed with the representative of the RZI user in Lublin before they begin.5.
