1. Subject of the order 1) The subject of the order includes construction works consisting of: "Wharf, land development of plot no. 29, including road, sanitary, electrical, telecommunications works, training platform at the Mill Canal - POSRM investment. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - "OPZ Description of the subject of the contract" - and its annexes, in particular the graphic annex to the OPZ, design documentation, specifications technical execution and acceptance of works, bills of quantities. 2) Warranty and warranty -The warranty period for the completed subject of the contract in the scope of quay equipment - 60 months -Warranty period as above. - 3 months longer than the deadline warranty. 3) The Ordering Party allows that supplies or services may come from countries other than Member States of the European Union, and other than countries that are parties to the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization or parties other international agreements guaranteeing access to the public procurement market on the basis of reciprocity and equality, to which the European Union is a party, hereinafter referred to as "third countries that are not parties to international agreements" 2.
