Tenders are invited for Construction Works for Electrical Generator's Room in CRS Aden Office .

Supply and install steel room/cage for the generator, with an area of [2 m (width) x 5 m (length) x 3.5 m (length)] - taking the actual length from the site before implementation, and the price includes:
- Excavation for bases, backfilling, supplying and pouring a knotted idea 4 bases with 4 of 4 x 18 mm in diameter and 30 cm long, dimensions 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm with a normal layer, 20 cm below the mold, molds of cement blocks 10 cm thick.
1- I Beam for 4 columns and beams 14 cm * 7 cm excellent quality.
2- Purlins tubes 5 cm * 10 cm * 1.2 mm distributed in 80 cm c/c excellent quality.
3- Supply and installation of a metal sheet for the roof canopy with a thickness of 3 mm and an overlay in the case of the meeting of the two sheets with an extension of 20 cm and a slope of 10%.
4- An insulating layer of 2 cm of excellent quality with an iron grille.
5- Supply and installation of a metal mesh fence with 2 front and side doors made of mesh reinforced with tubes, shims, hinges and locks.
6- Make a galvanized pipe for the exhaust. And the price includes connections with bolts or welding, cutting if necessary, all metal parts must be coated with two layers of anti-rust paint and anti-moisture paint and the final layer, and do everything necessary to finish the work as required and according to the instructions of the supervising engineer.

Steel Fuel Tank 3000 Liter: Supply, Install, Test, and Commission Cylinder Steel Fuel Tank, the Capacity is 3000 Liter. Steel Thickness shall be 6 Mm Min. Item Includes Welding, Painting with Three Layers of Rust-Resistant ( Epoxy or Equivalent ), Sandpapering, Fittings, Connecting All (in/out) Pipes, Valves, Fittings, Pipe Nipples, Pipe Nuts, Pipe Unions, Brass Fitting Adapters, Steel Tank Cover with 60 Cm x 60 Cm, Opening for Cleaning, Ventilation Hole with its Pipes, Fuel Tank Base by Solid Bricks Base with 1.20 M Height with Plastering and Painting, and All Required Accessories to Finish this Item According to Drawings, Specifications, and Engineer's Instructions.

Fuel Filter:
Supply, install, test, and commission fuel tank filter (Petrol) to remove particles and water. Filter with 5 microns, transfer capacity is 105 liters Per Min, water repellent filtering paper with water decanting of 93 %, maximum working pressure 5 bar, 500, 000-liter filtering capacity, upper microfilter housing Aluminum, drain valve, inlet/outlet flanges or threads.

Fuel meter with fuel pump with all connections: Supply and install fuel counter and pump (AC)(0.5hp), legible 4-digit mechanical display in the desired unit (liters), with all the connections from the fuel tank, fuel pump including hose pipe at least 20 meters long, and fuel gun (good quality) fixing the pump with concrete foundation, and all necessary work to finish this item according to technical specification and instruction of the supervision engineer

All interested vendors must attend the mandatory site visit that will be held in the work site located at Embassy Area, Khourmaksar, Aden on Sunday the 20th of August 2023 at 10:00 AM.
