The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting of: thermal modernization and reconstruction of the building of the former Adult School Complex at ul. Wiślana 27 for the needs of the City Guard. The description of the subject of the order is the documentation, which together with the list constitutes an annex to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party provides awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act on Public Procurement. Possible similar orders: 1) will include an increased scope of works specified in the design documentation and those not specified in the design documentation, but consistent with the subject matter orders.
