1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the renovation of the building at ul. Droga Mczennikw Majdaneka 4 in Lublin.2. The scope of work includes: 2.1. repair external walls by sewing wall cracks with austenitic steel rods using system technology for repairing masonry structures, re-bricklaying, installing steel and prestressing lines and making reinforced concrete caps. Superproy gain.2.2. renovation of the roof structure: cleaning the roof structure elements from rot, bio- and fire-retardant protection with appropriate preparations, filling any material losses with wooden inserts, replacing the corroded rafter, strengthening the rafters and the weakened transom using wooden inserts, 2.3. insulation: anti-moisture level I verticals, 2.4. Replenishing plasters with mesh reinforcement. ATTENTION! The ordering party does not envisage eviction of residents for the duration of works inside the building, in apartments. These works should be performed after the rooms are properly secured with foil and the equipment is in use absorbing dust generated when making grooves for steel beams, lintels and grooves for steel strings.
