"Construction works consisting in the complete replacement of the clinker cladding of the southern façade KS Hospital building Nicolaus Copernicus in Gdańsk" 1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the complete replacement of the cladding clinker southern façade of the building of the KS Szpital im. Nicolaus Copernicus University in Gdańsk based on the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The subject of the order consists of one part. Detailed scope and method of implementation the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (called OPZ). The terms and conditions of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft contract with attachments. 3. The contractor will provide a warranty covering the subject of this order for a minimum period of 60 months (from the date of final acceptance of the works). The quality guarantee period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.
