Tender Details

The subject of the order is: a) development of complete design documentation in the scope of the order in question, necessary to obtain the appropriate administrative decision for the implementation of the task - construction permit along with obtaining all required agreement, opinion, permission. Details regarding the development of documentation are included in the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as FFU) constituting Annex No. 1 to the Stage I contract; b) performance of all construction works, land development, construction of external networks and electrical, telecommunications, ventilation and air-conditioning installations and sanitary installations necessary for the functioning of the subject of the contract based on the design documentation and services prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party not being construction works and all necessary preparatory works (organization, fencing and securing the construction site) needed to complete the entrusted order, accompanying works, in accordance with the detailed guidelines contained in the FUP, Annexes and performance of all activities required by the provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, including the construction of complexes...
