This consultation is allotted. It has 14 geographical lots. Each lot will constitute a single contract which will take the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum amounts. Minimum and maximum amounts are identical for all batches. The minimum amount is 300, 000 euro(s) excluding tax and the maximum amount is 1, 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for the firm duration of two years. The contracts will take effect from their date of notification. Each lot provides for a renewable period of two years. The amounts of the two-year renewable period are identical to the firm period for each lot. Candidates can bid for as many lots as they wish. A certificate of commitment (or any other equivalent document or equivalent information) must be provided with the offer. The candidate will be able to commit to a maximum of 2 lots. The rule for awarding lots is presented in article 3.2.2 of the Consultation Regulations (RC).
