The purpose of this framework agreement is the construction of photovoltaic power plants in the Sipperec territory. More precisely, the work operations will be carried out on property belonging to the communities having delegated their competence renewable energies at Sipperec. Photovoltaic power plants can be installed, in particular, on all types of roofs, in shades, or on the ground. The specific technical clauses (CCTP) specifies the expected services and the conditions of performance of these services already known at the stage of the framework agreement.
