Sub-area A: Under one million euros (Sub-area B: Over one million euros (€1, 000, 000) construction works OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is the Helen Group's construction work in the scope determined by the Customer in the area of the city of Helsinki. The framework arrangement is divided into two (2) areas: Sub-area A: Under one million euros (Sub-area B: Over one million euros (€1, 000, 000) construction works. The framework arrangement mainly includes contracts. The intention is to order clear, smaller entities as hourly work. Not during classes mean on-call work. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for participation and in its attachments. CONTRACT PERIOD The goal is for the framework agreement to enter into force on October 1, 2026. The contract period is eight (8) years. See also the attached one chapter 6 of the framework agreement. The agreement is being finalized in the request for tender phase. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK The maximum value of the framework arrangement for the entire contract period is EUR 133, 000, 000 (VAT 0%). Sub-area A "Less than one million euros (to the extent determined by Helsinki in the city area.
