The subject of this order is the performance of works related to the renovation of building no. 3 in Nowa Dba at ul. A. Krzywo 1, including work related to: a) replacement of joinery, b) renovation/replacement of installations, including water and sewage, central heating and electrical installations, c) execution of demolition works.2) The scope of work was described in detail in the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and in the bill of quantities. All of the above documents constitute an integral part of this Specification of Order Terms. Supplementary technical documentation is the draft contract, presented in the annex to the SWZ. The Ordering Party recommends that all Contractors intending to participate in this procedure undergo an on-site visit. The contractors' on-site visit is not an obligatory condition enabling participation in the proceedings. An on-site visit will be possible after prior telephone contact with: 1) Head of the Technical Property Maintenance Section, tel. 261-162-365, 2) Head of the Infrastructure Services Section in Nowa Dba, tel. 261-162-377 or 261-162-369.
