The subject of the order is the conclusion of a contract for the performance of construction works in the project entitled: Adaptation of an office and administrative facility for the needs of the Wabrzych Delegation of the Provincial Inspector of Environmental Protection in Wroclaw, in part and on the terms specified in Attachment No. 10 to SWZ Draft contract with annexes, in particular the bill of quantities, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, and construction design. As part of this procedure, the Ordering Party issues: 1. basic order - execution of work construction until December 15, 2026; 2. ordered carried out under the option law - performance of construction works in the period: from signing the contract to December 15, 2027.
