Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is the construction of a Women's House. The Maison des Femmes project aims to provide a place of welcome, listening, care and support for women who are victims of violence or in vulnerable situations. This place will offer comprehensive, coordinated and caring support, including social, legal, psychological and medical dimensions. A global sectoral market is used by the CHU Amiens Picardie, as a public health establishment, according to article L.2171-5 of the Public Procurement Code (C.C.P.). This consultation is carried out, in compliance with articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1, R.2123-4 and R.2123-5 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP), according to a restricted adapted procedure with possible negotiation, freely defined by the contracting authority. This global sectoral market will include the following services: - Design: APD and PC / STD (Thermodynamic Simulation) / PRO / SYN / DET /AOR; - VRD and Building ; - Care and Maintenance for one year after receipt. The amount of the contract is estimated at €850, 000 excluding tax (including design fees and upkeep and maintenance services).
