Invitation to Apply Eligibility to Bid for the

CONSTRUCTION OF WHARF AT VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN

1.The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through its SGLG- Incentive Fund and General Fund -CO, intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred PESOS (P 1, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF WHARF AT VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LGU Buguey now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF WHARF AT VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
