The subject of the order is geological works consisting in drilling well no. 1 as part of the first stage of the implementation of the emergency groundwater intake in PogorzelaGuchw, plot no. 867, district 0001 Pogorzela. The subject of the order is to construct the designed well no. 1 as the first one stage of construction of a new underground water intake in PogorzelaGuchw. The works should be carried out in accordance with the approved Geological Works Design for the construction of a groundwater intake from Quaternary formations in the area of ​​PogorzelaGuchwy (hereinafter referred to as PRG) and the decision of the Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship No. DSK-V.7430.16.2025 of July 24, 2025. The location of well No. 1 at the water intake in Pogorzela is shown in the site plan, Appendix No. A.
