Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF TERNATE, CAVITE, through the 20% Development Fund of the Municipality of Ternate, Cavite for the Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO PESOS AND THIRTY FOUR CENTAVOS (P 6, 999, 962.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Welcome Arch Along Ternate-Maragondon Boundary. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Ternate, Cavite now invites bids for the Construction of Welcome Arch Along Ternate-Maragondon Boundary. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
