1) The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the SP RES. NO. 2026-158 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and 65/100 only (PHP 3, 956, 894.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract reference number 2026-INFRA-037. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project Completion of the Works is required 114 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
