CONSTRUCTION OF WATERBREAKER AT BRGY. BOTONG, OTON, ILOILO
1. The Local Government Unit of Oton, through FLOOD CONTROL SYSTEM-20% SB#1 to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred Three Pesos and 06/100 Only (Php 2, 999, 103.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATERBREAKER AT BRGY. BOTONG, OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATERBREAKER AT BRGY. BOTONG, OTON, ILOILO. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days.
