The Barangay Local Government Unit of Sacpil Conner, Apayao, through the Barangay fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Two Pesos and 05/100 Centavos Only (₱149, 742.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER TANK PHASE II AT PUROK 4 AND 7 SACPIL CONNER APAYAOBids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
