Description : The Municipal Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao now invites bids for construction of water system (solar power). Bidding will be conducted through “Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings” bidding procedures as specified in Section 35.1 of the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
