The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM LOCATED AT BARANGAY OLD CENTRAL, SUDIPEN, LA UNION / INFRA 26-04-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union now invites bids for being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM LOCATED AT BARANGAY OLD CENTRAL, SUDIPEN, LA UNION.
