Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM AT FORMON, BONGABONG, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the 20% DF CA 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two Pesos and 70/100 (Php 1, 197, 922.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Water System at Formon, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-015-A)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 39 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
