1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Guadalupe, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Twenty Seven Pesos Only. (P 280, 027.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Water System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Guadalupe, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for the Construction of Water System. Completion of work required is days. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
