The Local Government Unit of Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested and qualified contractors to bid for the project described below, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR):
1. Name of Project: CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM
Location: Barangay Tackling, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 1, 000, 000.00
Contract Duration: 27 Calendar Days
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The procurement of the project shall be conducted through Public Bidding, using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure, as provided under RA 12009 and its IRR.
3. Interested bidders must have completed, within the period specified in the Bidding Documents, a contract similar to the project. Bidders must also possess valid and current PCAB license, PhilGEPS registration, and other eligibility requirements as stated in the Bidding Documents.
