CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SIxTY-NINE THOUSAND NINETY NINE PESOS & 10/100(469, 099.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM from Financial Assistance-Province of Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM. Completion of Project is [45 days]. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
The Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/Fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184 known as the Government Procurement Reform Act of 2009.
