1) The Besao Local Government Unit through the FY 2024 LGSF-FALGU intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Water Supply System in Besao, Mt. Province, 2026-08-27. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Besao Local Government Unit now invites bids for Construction of Water Supply System in Besao, Mt. Province Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Ninety (290) days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project.
