The subject of the order is the construction of a water supply network in the area of ​​the town of Polaczyk (Os. Na Grce) and part of the town of Myczków, next to the existing, exhausted and under-capacity water supply network. The investment is intended to increase network efficiency along with ensuring fire protection requirements. The scope of the investment includes: - construction of water supply network collectors with diameters PE160 40 mm from the SZ1 to W2-SZ2 node, from the W3 to W4 node and from the W3 to Hp4 node, - construction of water supply connections ending with water meter wells, - crossing the provincial road No. 894 on the Lesko - Hoczew Wokowyja route Black PE160mm water supply network in HDPE250mm casing pipe located at km 9+167 plot no. 1108, 481/1, 423/1 (marked on the map as PDW-1) and the location of the section of the water supply network along the road in the road area of ​​the provincial road No. 894 from km 9+080 to km 9+095 on plots 852/1, 892/2.
