Rita 2 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine & 68/100 Pesos. (Php.1, 999, 999.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Water Supply Level 2 Project at Barangay Sta. Rita 2”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
