1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Local Government
Support Fund-Financial Assistance to LGUs under the General Appropriations
Act (GAA), FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (Php4, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY
AND SANITATION PROJECT IN BARANGAY SUBUSOB, SALLAPADAN, ABRA
with Contract ID PGA-LGSF-FALGU(GAA2026)-CW05. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION
OF WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION PROJECT IN BARANGAY SUBUSOB,
