Construction of a water recreation facility (AQUAPARK) with accompanying infrastructure and construction of outdoor swimming pools complementing the offer of AQUAPARK in Opole The Subject of the Agreement (Guaranteed Scope understood as all activities necessary for comprehensive construction, equipment, technological commissioning, tightness tests and commissioning of the Aquapark in accordance with the Design (excluding elements indicated as Optional Scope), including in particular general construction works, installation, technological, land development and obtaining the final use permit for the Investment) - is: a) execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a water recreation facility (AQUAPARK) with accompanying infrastructure and construction of outdoor swimming pools complementing the offer of AQUAPARK in Opole; b) achieving the Control Parameters and fulfilling the remaining obligations of the Contractor indicated in the ToR (including the Agreement); the detailed scope of the Subject of the Agreement is described in procurement documents (SWZ with all annexes, including the Procedure Documentation), and should be performed in accordance with the information provided therein and in accordance with with the provisions of the Agreement and all annexes to the above-mentioned documents. 3.2.
