Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of three underground, prefabricated water intake points for fire protection purposes, each with a capacity of 50 m3, together with equipment, earthworks, substructures, pressure plates, marking and reconstruction of the surface.1.1. Locations: a) Czarnowo, commune Goworowo, dziaka no. 698/16, orb 0005 Czarnowo; b) Sewerynów, commune Czerwonka, dziaka no. 2003/142, orb 0023 Sewerynów; c) Tocznabiel, commune Obryne, bezel no. 2025, bezrobe 0019 Tocznabiel.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, design and technical documentation for three locations: Kaszewiec Czarnowo, Wski Las Sewerynowo and Zambski Tocznabiel, including in particular technical designs, PZT, drawings, geotechnical opinions, STWiORB, bills of quantities and offer cost estimates without prices. Bills of quantities are of an auxiliary nature.3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.
