3.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works consisting in the construction of a water intake point (water intake point with a maneuvering area) in the town of Kawka, in registration sections no. 324/1 and 161/2, Biesowice area, Kpice commune, in accordance with the design land development and an alternative land development project, an architectural and construction design and an alternative architectural and construction design, a technical design, a technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and work bill of quantities. The scope of the order includes: measurement works consisting in comprehensive designation of the water intake point, including the water intake point and the maneuvering area in accordance with the land development design, mechanical grubbing up of tree trunks along with their removal to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, removal of the topsoil layer and its spreading in the adjacent area, earthworks: excavation and removal of excavated material to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, forming and compacting embankments from the purchased sand, mechanical construction of the channel along with profiling and compaction of the base for the construction layers of the pavement, strengthening the base for the body...
