Tender Details

The subject of the order is the construction of a water intake point with a maneuvering area and a section of internal road on plot no. 332, 328, 329/1 rev. Wojcino. A construction design was prepared for the construction site and the Starosta of Koszalin issued Decision No. B/864/2025 on December 12 2025 will approve and grant a construction permit. The scope of the investment task includes in particular: Geodetic works necessary during construction and after completion of the works, including as-built geodetic documentation; removal of a layer of fertile soil; works earthworks: excavations and embankments; profiling and compaction of the subsoil; construction of foundation layers; construction of surfaces from IOMB type aura slabs; construction of surfaces from a mixture of unbound (broken) aggregate; construction of roadsides from a mixture of unbound aggregate (amanego); construction of a maneuvering area with a surface made of IOMB aura slabs with dimensions of 20.0 x 20.0 m. construction of stairs with a landing to the water table; construction of steps 18 cm high and 38 cm wide; construction of reinforcements for the bottom and slopes of the tank gabion mattresses; renovation of the culvert with front walls.
