1) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the GF-20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Water Impounding Facility at So. Makatutukod. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for the Construction of Water Impounding Facility at So. Makatutukod in Barangay 01 Poblacion premises. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
