1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the GF - 5% GAD CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER FACILITY (BIOSAND FILTER) LEVEL II @ LA UNION AT LA UNION, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-69 WS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER FACILITY (BIOSAND FILTER) LEVEL II @ LA UNION AT LA UNION, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-69 WS.
