1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Continuing Appropriation, Supplemental Budget No. 5 of General Fund and Supplemental Budget No. 2 of Special Account - Local Economic Enterprises, both for CY 2023, intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine and 96/100 (PHP26, 999, 999.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Waste Water Treatment Facility at Carmen Market; SN 73 - 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
