Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents;a) Reputed Construction firm/contractors who have minimum 5 years- experience in similar nature work/ building construction work or Renovation/Repairing works under Bangladesh Govt./semi Govt./ Corporation/ Autonomous organization.b) Tenderers having experience in successfully completion of at least 1 (One) No similar works / similar nature Renovation/Repairing works amounting of Taka 50.00 (Fifty Lac) in a single work order during last 5 (five) years under Govt./semi Govt./Corporation/Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.c) The certification of successful completion of similar nature work shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of executive Engineer/Upazilla engr./Project Director of concerned department with official address, and seal.d) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Taka 1.00 (One point zero zero) crore the best 3 (three) years over the last 5 (five) years.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be of Taka 20.00 (Twenty lac) for shall be issued from the concerned schedule bank of Bangladesh as per CPTU format.f) Up to date Trade license.g) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, vat registration certificate to be submitted along with the tender.h) Other required eligibility & condition of the Tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet of Tender Document. All Documents must be enclosed with the tender and all certificates shall have to be duly attested by 1st class gazetted officer.i) Please provide successfully completed e-GP tender ID.j) Don-t Upload any unnecessary document.
