Designs and BoQs referred to in the ToR are enclosed in the Word version of the ToR and also are available online at the link provided on the last page of the ToR.SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:Please fill all the forms required by the ToR.The REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM (pages 3 to 5) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with the technical and financial offers. If the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM (pages 3 to 5) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.5.4.
